About Me

Before product design, I spent over a decade in customer-facing roles, where I learned to listen closely, ask better questions, & solve problems quickly—earning a 97% satisfaction score & consistently exceeding sales goals. My background in digital media art strengthened my storytelling, research, & systems thinking, while a capstone on homelessness pushed me toward solving broken systems.

When I’m not designing, I'm usually strength training, making art, traveling, finding great food, & hanging out with Butter 🐶.
